Cake Smash 1st Birthday | Santa Fe, NM

I love cake smashes! I always have a ton of fun with these little ‘babies’ just before they turn into ‘toddlers’. You never know if the kiddo coming in will be crawling or walking, or if they’ll even like their cake! Little Charles was mostly interested in the berries so we had to break out the spoon. Once he had a spoon he ate a big chunk of his cake.

Momma picked out the green overalls from the studio closet for little Charles to wear for the portraits, then he changed into his own cute outfit to to smash his cake. I thought his little shoes were so cute (not as cute as him though!) I think he has the most adorable eyes ever!

He had fun making some splashes in his bath and loved playing with the rubber duckies!

It was a lovely family event as momma and grandma brought him in for his cake smash here in the studio located in Santa Fe, NM. We had the chance to chat for a bit and Meghan (Charles’ Momma) told me she a digital marketer and makes a lot of content for activities to do here in Santa Fe.
