Meet your photographer, Angelique

Hi! I'm Angelique Maez. I was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. As a life long learner I always knew I wanted to learn photography but never had the time to 'learn'. A couple of years ago I decided it was time to finally learn how to use my camera in manual mode and signed up for photography classes right away.

Soon after I decided to learn how to use my camera I started seeing photos of cute and cuddly babies. I thought they were so adorable and the images were such magnificent memories of that sweet little human being. And soon that little baby will be grown and have their own personality and whole life ahead of them. 

The pictures of the tiny human sleeping show a little itty bitty thing that will be so grown in no time. I loved how those photos really capture the cute, sweet, and innocent baby and I just knew that's the kind of stuff I want to capture!

That's when I knew I wanted to specialize in maternity and newborn photography. 

Soon after I attended a newborn and maternity workshop in San Francisco with one of the worlds most renowned newborn and maternity photographers, Ana Brandt.
